Australian businesses or organisations will be considered for inclusion in the Ads & Announcements sections at https://www.queenslandgardening.com . It's a requirement that the relevant products/services are available for purchase by the public in Qld, but this may include suppliers based in other parts of Australia. Likewise, other announcements must be applicable to at least some people living in some part of Queensland and must have an Australian source.

Content and presentation of the listing is subject to approval by the publisher. Placement and organisation of listings is at the discretion of the publisher and may be modified at any time without notice. This includes moving listings to different or additional pages with different URLs. Formatting and other aspects of page design may also be modified from time to time.

Be sure that you're authorised to grant permission for use of any text or images submitted for inclusion, and for it to be edited if necessary. By approving a listing for publication, the organiser assumes responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the content.

If changes to details within the listing are required (e.g. a change of contact details or product offerings), it's the responsibility of the business or organisation to notify the publisher so that the information can be updated. The fee is not refundable if the advertiser decides partway through the year that they no longer require the listing, but it can be deleted on request.

Payment in Australian Dollars by direct bank deposit. Includes GST (ABN 38 518 961 623). Listing(s) may be deleted if payment is not received by the date requested on the invoice.

If they were part of a free offer, listings be deleted at any time, for any reason, without notice or notification. It is possible that, in the future, there may be a request for free listings to convert to paid listings in order to be retained on the website. If this is declined or if there is no response, the listing will be deleted without further communication.
